These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe how you may access and use Jade Game’s website, curated playlists, newsletters, and community features. By visiting or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jade Game. If you create an account or subscribe to updates, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Content & intellectual property

All site content—including curated collections, branding, and editorial work—is owned by Jade Game or our partners. You may view and share the content for personal use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or reverse engineering of our platform is prohibited without written permission.

3. Creator submissions

If you submit a game or asset for review, you represent that you own or control the rights necessary to share it. You grant Jade Game a non-exclusive licence to evaluate the submission and showcase it within our curation process. You retain all ownership of your work.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment: Treat fellow players, creators, and staff with respect. Hate speech, spam, and disruptive behaviour are not tolerated.
• No exploitation: You may not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems, nor attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• No scraping: Automated collection of site data or assets is prohibited without a written agreement.

5. Purchases & third-party links

Some collections link to external stores or platforms. Those transactions are handled by third parties who control their own terms and privacy policies. Jade Game is not responsible for external content or purchases made outside our domain.

6. Disclaimers

Jade Game is provided “as is”. We aim for accuracy and availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or flawless puzzle content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jade Game disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

Jade Game and its partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid Jade Game in the 12 months before the event.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or pose a risk to the community. You may stop using Jade Game at any time; sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability survive termination.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-product message. Continued use of the service after the update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
